Terms and Conditions
  • Thetextpage.com will remain online for at least 3 years.
  • Your link and text will be shown on the thetextpage.com. It will remain there permanently only for the region you have selected and for the exact characters you have paid for.
  • No porn will be accepted, and no refund will be given.
  • If you amend the material on your website after it has been accepted and it contains porn, or if it is a scam, your text will be suspended and no refund will be given.
  • If we have strong proof that your website is a scam/fraud, your link and text will be removed and and no refund will be given. Scammers beware!
  • If for any other reason we believe your website is inappropriate, your text will not be accepted, and you will receive a refund.
  • Once your text and your link become accepted and published, no refund will be given.
  • Once we have received your order and the funds have cleared, we will do our best to public your text within a 24 hour period. If your text has not appeared within a reasonable period of time, please email your details and we will look into it ASAP.
  • You will only receive your characters once the payment is complete. Any unpaid orders will be deleted after seven days
  • When purchasing your text, please make sure you have input the correct details. Once you have purchased your text, you cannot amend your link, you cannot amend your text and you cannot ammend the color of your text. However, if you have a strong reason to ammend your link please let me know. Considerations will be made upon a case by case basis.
  • All the text purchased will be shown at a different position on the page every time the page is refreshed.
  • Please use your real name when purchasing your text characters. Orders by "qwerty" or "abc" will be ignored. I need to be able to justify your order with your payment at anytime during the period of TheTextPage.com (at least 3 years).
  • Email addresses or other information will never be sold or given to a third party. Your data and your payment are secure by Paypal. We do not store any personal data other than your name and your email address that you have provided on this page.
  • All prices are calculated at current exchange rates.
